Great hotel booking app

Beautifully designed and super-easy to navigate. Love it!

Awesome app for a Four Seasons regular

As I need to travel often and prefer to stay at a Four Seasons when I do, this app has become indispensable. Beyond the ease of booking stays, I really appreciate the embedded customer service aspect that shows the Four Seasons touch. Easy to arrange spa and other concierge services. Wish every hotel chain had an app this good.

Not useful

After checking in and downloading the application (after being told about it at the front desk), all I can seem to do is make another reservation. If I want to use the application, since I didnt install it prior to arrival I have to contact the front desk and hope someone there can help? Im not doing that. Maybe everyone doesnt need an app?!

Happy with it

It is fast and works well. Nice graphics. I did like the way to select stay dates on the old version. This versions date selection method works fine. Well done, Four Seasons.

Terrible app

Logging on is very complicated and even after 30 minutes on the phone with the support group they were not able to get it to work. Definitely not the level of quality you would expect from the Four Seasons.

Blandware of the worst kind

Hard to believe this is Four Seasons. Gave up after only a few minutes: login experience was a nightmare. They could have done something so amazing and cool and they did this? It doesnt even get my location when browsing for a location: I had to search manually. This is like an app built for iOS 1.0. Deleting.

Outstanding!!!

Guest service all in my hand Literally

Works < 50% of the time.

I was able to use the app for less than 2 days of my 4 day stay. The other two days it wouldnt let me sign in (kept saying incorrect password despite resetting password several times) and had no record of my reservation. However, when it works it is very convenient especially for room service. Certainly not worthy of the Four Seasons. Very frustrating.

Great service!

I had a problem with the address of the registration, because it doesnt allow you to change it after registering, and their service in Twitter was as good as their hotel service, and they fixed my problem. Ill give them five stars for that.

No Saudi Arabia?

Super surprised and interesting how upon sign up Saudi Arabia as a country of choice does not exist in this app.... Intentional? Although the majority of your clients are from Saudi Arabia.... Amazed at how only that could be missed against all other countries in the world

Amazing

This app is high quality as expected from such an outstanding hotel. I was able to schedule my meals, spa treatments, special requests and explore the area around my hotel directly from the app prior to my arrival at the hotel. As always they are ahead of the game. This is HIGHLY recommended.

Ok for some areas, many issues though

I used this app while staying at the Four Seasons Whistler. I was able to login with my husbands email with no issues. Here is my feedback on several areas of the app. - transportation - it should remember your valet ticket number, or the hotel should enter it for you. While fumbling for the ticket number I accidentally entered the wrong number. Then the valet was confused and I still ended up having to wait for extra time for the car. - housekeeping. Worked only about 50% of the time. A few times the room was cleaned in the time frame requested. Other times it was cleaned too late or turn down service happened too early (requested 7:30pm provided at 2:00pm). I suggest requesting just in time not in advance. Items such as pillows were delivered correctly. - spa - tried to request an appointment two days later but the app kept changing the date/time to current. Ended up having to talk to the spa to straighten it out. The app should only allow future spa reservations not current date/time. - Concierge - dinner reservation request was handled correctly. However my husband received multiple emails confirming the reservation. - Overall, the app is ok but certainly not up the Four Seasons standard.

Helpful, but missing info

Used this app while staying in Las Vegas. It was very helpful retrieving our car from valet, hours restaurants were open, etc. However, it was missing the menus from almost all of the dining at the hotel, except for the steakhouse! If they were to update this, 4 star all the way!

App crashes every time the user tries to make a reservation!! This is Four Seasons, one expects more.

Nice app, but with some issues...

When it remembers your reservation its pretty handy. You can contact the concierge, etc. But currently it jumps between remembering and forgetting that we have a current reservation. I just started to use the app - hopefully its supported by all locations world wide.

Replete with bugs to the point that its useless

This is a disgrace to the Four Seasons brand. It cant even be used. Of the 20+ times that I tried the app, it managed to stay open for more than 5 seconds on only two occasions, both of which were before I logged in. Luckily, this is not my intro to the 4S, but it would certainly leave a bad first impression on any one whose first encounter with the hotel is through this app.

Big potential... But not ready yet

The app does tend to crash a lot although all hope is not lost. After all this is the four seasons and they usually dont let little kinks like this get in the way of their great standards. From what I managed to use in the app already it seems more informative than interactive. It lets you know what restaurants, amenities, and room types specific four seasons hotels have only after giving the app your reservation code. If you havent booked you cant do much with it. Would be great to be able to book activities, restaurants, see location specific schedules etc. This app looks great but feels like a beta.

Useless.

App consistently crashes after about a minutes worth of use (iPhone 6 Plus). Assuming this app was outsourced to the lowest bidder by how badly it performs.
