Four Seasons App Reviews

This app does not stay open for more than one minute.

I, too, am very disappointed with this app for the Four Seasons. As wonderful as the facilities are, the app is the total opposite. After being allowed to check-in via the app (very handy, thank you!), it now crashes EVERY TIME I have attempted to do anything on the app. I would say that the reviewer who said 5 seconds was being generous. I havent been able to keep the app up more often than 2 seconds (and I think Im being generous!).

Didnt even stay with the app long enough for it to crash. You can do literally nothing unless you log in. I do not want another website or app that I have to log into in order to use. Just use the website if you are checking for availability.

As numerous users (trial users, lol) have stated... This app is 100% USELESS. Shame on Four Seasons for putting this piece of garbage out there and then actually sending customers e-mails to use it.

The latest update of this app causes the app icon to show up as a generic square. Nothing more. No logo. Fix it and Ill switch to five stars.

The only thing you can successfully do with this app is check in. Making a dinner or spa reservation is impossible, the date and/or time cannot be changed from whatever time it is on when you open the app. This app needs some work

Crashes immediately when trying to launch.
