I used this app while staying at the Four Seasons Whistler. I was able to login with my husbands email with no issues. Here is my feedback on several areas of the app.
- transportation - it should remember your valet ticket number, or the hotel should enter it for you. While fumbling for the ticket number I accidentally entered the wrong number. Then the valet was confused and I still ended up having to wait for extra time for the car.
- housekeeping. Worked only about 50% of the time. A few times the room was cleaned in the time frame requested. Other times it was cleaned too late or turn down service happened too early (requested 7:30pm provided at 2:00pm). I suggest requesting just in time not in advance. Items such as pillows were delivered correctly.
- spa - tried to request an appointment two days later but the app kept changing the date/time to current. Ended up having to talk to the spa to straighten it out. The app should only allow future spa reservations not current date/time.
- Concierge - dinner reservation request was handled correctly. However my husband received multiple emails confirming the reservation.
- Overall, the app is ok but certainly not up the Four Seasons standard.
